The 13th EETN Conference on Artificial Intelligence (SETN 2024) will be held in Piraeus, Greece in September 11-13, 2024. SETN 2024 is organised by the Hellenic Artificial Intelligence Society (EETN) in collaboration with the University of Piraeus.
Background
The SETN 2024 Organizing Committee invites proposals for tutorials to be held in conjunction with the conference. Tutorials should concern theoretical and applied topics of Artificial Intelligence as specified in the list of topics in the call for papers. The tutorials will precede the main conference technical program and will be free of charge to the attendees of the conference. The presenter of each accepted tutorial will receive a free complimentary conference registration and a certificate of appreciation at the closing ceremony of the conference.
Guidelines for Tutorial Proposals
Each tutorial proposal should include at least the following information:
- Title of the Tutorial
- Name, affiliation, contact details and short CV of the presenter.
- An abstract of the tutorial.
- Intended audience and possible prerequisites.
- Estimated duration of the tutorial.
- Any special equipment required for the presentation (besides a laptop and a projector that will be available anyway).
Submission
Please submit your tutorial proposal as a single PDF file by e-mail to the tutorials chairs:
telelis@unipi.gr and mhalk@unipi.gr.
Please indicate “SETN 2024 Tutorial Proposal” as the subject of your e-mail. Proposals will be reviewed in close collaboration with the conference chairs and the program chairs.
